A legal disclaimer

Tidewater Tumbles LLC provides laundry pickup and delivery services for personal and residential use only. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. No Guarantee of Results
    While we take reasonable care in handling, washing, and returning your garments, we do not guarantee specific results, including complete stain removal or restoration of garments to original condition. Fabrics react differently to laundering, and outcomes may vary.

  2. Customer Responsibility
    Customers are responsible for checking garments for items in pockets, labeling delicate items, and separating specialty items (such as dry clean only or hand wash garments). Failure to provide this information may result in unintended damage, for which we cannot be held liable.

  3. Limitation of Liability
    In the event of loss or damage, Tidewater Tumbles' liability shall not exceed the lesser of:

    • $50 per order, or

    • The fair market value of the item(s) as determined by age and condition.

  4. Third-Party Tools & Services
    Our website may use or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, scheduling tools). We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of these third parties.

  5. Service Modifications
    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

  6. No Legal Advice
    Any information shared on our website, social media, or in communication with Tidewater Tumbles is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or financial advice.

Terms & Conditions 

1. Service Agreement

By scheduling laundry services with Tidewater Tumbles, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

2. Pick-Up & Delivery

  • Pickups and deliveries are scheduled via our website.

  • A $2.99 delivery fee applies within a 10-mile radius, and $5.99 between 10–15 miles.

  • Deliveries beyond 15 miles are not currently available.

  • Missed pickups or deliveries without prior notice may incur a $5 fee.

3. Laundry Processing

  • Clothes are washed and folded according to industry standards.

  • Customers are responsible for separating dry clean-only items and noting specialty requests at booking.

  • Items requiring hypoallergenic or scent-free detergent will incur a $3/bag charge.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by manufacturer defects, unmarked delicate items, or pre-existing conditions.

4. Bulky Items

  • Bulky items like comforters, blankets, or rugs are priced separately. These will be quoted at time of booking or pickup.

5. Liability

While we treat your items with care, Tidewater Tumbles is not responsible for:

  • Items left in pockets (e.g., pens, lip balm, etc.)

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., color fading, shrinkage)

  • Missing items not reported within 24 hours of delivery

6. Payments

  • All payments must be made online via our website at time of booking or delivery.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay.

7. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before pickup to avoid a $5 cancellation fee.
