Refund Policy
At Tidewater Tumbles, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality laundry services with care and attention. Because our service begins once your laundry is picked up, we do not generally offer refunds once the cleaning process has started.
However, we want you to be fully satisfied, so here’s how we handle special cases:

1. Service Issues / Dissatisfaction

If you are unhappy with the quality of your order (e.g., items not properly cleaned or folded), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will offer a free re-cleaning of the affected items.
2. Damaged or Lost Items

We take every precaution to protect your garments. If an item is damaged or lost, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Compensation is limited to a maximum of 5 times the service cost of the affected item(s), not exceeding $100 per order.
3. Cancellations

Pickups canceled at least 12 hours in advance will not be charged.

Pickups canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
4. Non-Refundable Situations

Once laundry has been washed and dried, no refunds will be issued.

Incorrect bag counts or specialty item disclosures made after pickup cannot be refunded.
5. How to Request a Refund or Credit
